New publication by Janika Bourgeois

Congratulations to Janika Bourgeois, master’s student at the Heki Center, who published an article entitled “Investigations of spoilers to mitigate columnar vortices in propeller turbines at speed-no-load based on steady and unsteady flow simulations” in the Journal of Fluids Engineering. She presents a numerical study on innovative control mechanisms aimed at improving the flow in hydraulic turbines waiting to be connected to the grid.
