New publication by Araz Rezavand Hesari in Experiments in Fluids

Congratulations to Araz Rezavand Hesari for the publication of his latest analyses of the Tr-Francis model in Experiments in Fluids. This article, the last in a series of three, completes the most detailed experimental analysis to date of the flow dynamics at the inlet of a Francis turbine runner operated in no-load and deep part-load regimes. It also includes a comparative analysis with the results of a numerical simulation by Maxime Gauthier, hydraulic designer at ANDRITZ Hydro.
